Ashley joined Tippett Company in 1995 and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington. She is the accounting bookkeeper, as well as the property manager for Tippett Company’s retail and office building property management portfolio.
Ashley graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 1999 with a B.A. in Psychology. She and her husband Charles Laird have settled in Pasco with their twins Moira and Callum.
