This offering presented by Tippett Company consists of a +/- 328 acre feet portion of a certificated groundwater right; transferable anywhere within the McNary Pool or downstream along the Columbia River.

The water right was historically used to pivot irrigate +/- 93.35 acres in Pasco WA.  It was taken out of production in 2021 due to an industrial land sale and has since been enrolled into the Washington State Department of Ecology Temporary Trust Program.  The water right can be taken out of the Trust Program at any time.

The certificate and authenticity have been technically reviewed by Water Right Solutions.

An Annual Consumptive Use analysis (ACQ) has been completed and is available.
