This offering consists of a 336 acre feet portion of a certificated groundwater right; transferable anywhere within the McNary Pool or downstream along the Columbia River.

The water right was historically used to pivot irrigate +/- 93.59 acres in Pasco WA.  It was taken out of production in 2021 due to an industrial land sale and is in the process of being transferred into the Washington State Department of Ecology Trust Program.

The certificate and authenticity have been technically reviewed by Water Right Solutions.

An Annual Consumptive Use analysis (ACQ) has been completed.
